On the hills of Soave there used to be a Villa that needed a “refreshing”. We attempted a complete energy efficiency project by installing an external coat in sintered expanded polystyrene, we have replaced the old gas boiler with a heating pump, the existing photovoltaic system was upgraded, storage batteries and charging station for electric cars were added. Et voilà, now the villa is just as new.
